應用英外語學程為修完通識英文後、想繼續深耕英文能力的同學，提供一條清楚、完整並可持續的學習路徑。透過分級且循序漸進的課程，有系統地幫助你培養學術及專業情境中所需的語言應用、批判思考、同儕協作以及自主學習能力，並拓展國際學習與移動的可能。

The Applied Language Studies Certificate Program is designed for students who have completed General Education English and want to keep building their language skills. With clear, step-by-step course levels, the program helps you develop language application, critical thinking, teamwork, and independent learning skills for academic and professional settings—opening doors to global study and exchange opportunities.

課程以學術英文（EAP）與專業英文（ESP）為兩大學習及應用場域。你可以按照目標選擇課程，也可跨課群組合，建立兼具廣度與深度的學習路徑。

The curriculum focuses on two core areas: English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and English for Specific Purposes (ESP). You may select courses according to your goals or combine courses across the two pathways to build well-rounded expertise.

申請對象

Eligibility

本校非英語主修之學士班*、碩士班及博士班學生。

*學士班須修完通識英文 4 學分。

CCU undergraduate*, master’s, and doctoral students who are not English majors.
*Undergraduates must first complete four credits of General Education English.

完成門檻

Completion Options

修畢 8學分或16 學分英/外語課程。

*符合修業規定後取得8學分學程證明或16學分學程證書。

Complete 8 or 16 credits of English/foreign-language courses.
*Students who meet the requirements receive an 8-credit program record or a 16-credit program certificate.

修課規定

Enrollment Requirement

參與學程期間，原則上每學期至少修習 1 門課*。

*可以有兩學期的時間中斷修課，一學期自選，另一學期需申請。

In principle, students take at least one course per semester while enrolled in the program.*
*Students may pause their studies for up to two semesters: one without prior approval and one by formal application.

時間規劃

Suggested Timeline

可用 2–3 年循序修習；若每學期修 2 門，多數課程為 2 或 3 學分，約可於 1.5–2 年完成。

The program may be completed flexibly over 2 to 3 years. Students taking two courses per semester can typically finish in approximately 1.5 to 2 years, as most courses carry two or three credits.

彈性銜接

Flexible Continuation

學士班期間未修畢者，進入本校研究所後仍可繼續修習。

Undergraduates who do not complete the program before graduation may continue after entering a graduate program at CCU.
