🔎 Reservation Steps:
Step 1: Register your timeslot at least 48 hours in advance
Step 2: Fill out the form with your basic info and consultation needs
Step 3: Receive confirmation email and meeting details within 24 hours
📅 On the day of consultation:
 • Opening｜Self-introduction & needs confirmation (5 minutes)
 • Consultation｜One-on-one professional session (30–40 minutes)
 • Closing｜Feedback form & book your next session (5 minutes)
🔔 Before your session, make sure:
✔️ You’ve received the confirmation email with time/location/mode of consultation
✔️ You’re prepared with relevant study materials
