Copyright Notice
- All online learning resources are the intellectual property of the Center for Language Studies, National Chung Cheng University. Currently, the authorization granted is for online use only.
- Any of the following actions by users—copying (including text, audio, images, videos, system programs, etc.), reproducing in other forms, printing, or actions that involve unjust enrichment—will be regarded as copyright infringement, and users will bear full legal responsibility.
- All faculty, staff, and students of the university are encouraged to make full use of these online resources. However, please be aware of the copyright restrictions. Currently, all online resources are provided free of charge to all members of National Chung Cheng University. The licensing fees and maintenance costs are fully covered by the Center for Language Studies, with the goal of enabling everyone to learn foreign languages anytime and anywhere.
- If account sharing, transferring, or reselling of learning content is discovered, the user’s access will be permanently revoked immediately, and legal action may be taken.
- If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact extension 16711 or reach out via the contact form on our website. Provide your name, department or program, and the issue you encountered. The Language Center will follow up and assist you as soon as possible.
Login Method
Current Students (Undergraduate, Master's, Doctoral)
Access is integrated with the university's SSO (Single Sign-On) system. No application is required—simply log in to use the service. (Undergraduates must participate in the English proficiency placement test upon enrollment. Those who do not participate will not be granted access.)
In-Service Program Students
- Download the application form, read the usage policy carefully, fill in the required information, and submit the form via fax or email to the Language Center.

Faculty and Staff
- Due to system maintenance and upgrades, all previous accounts have been deactivated since August 1, 2009.
- Faculty or staff members who wish to access the resources must apply for a new account. Applicants must be official employees (full-time faculty, staff, or project personnel) listed with the university’s Human Resources Office.
- Please fill out the online application form.
- Once reviewed and approved by the Language Center, account information will be sent to you via email.
